Who is this guy?

This individual, David, who has a bad reputation based on a lot of bad reviews, including the trial for the revocation of his medical license, some information is right-out scary and should not be taken lightly. He is the building-apartment manager for my father since a few years, also his henchman, doing my fathers dirty deeds. Now, everyone has the right to redeem himself, but this individual is far from that path, as he had a chance to do the right thing, and actually choose to be worse than expected. I accumulated the public information on this individual as people need to be aware with whom they are dealing.

… he is COMPLETELY unreliable and they will make up any number of lies to cover his butt as to why.  i’ve heard the mugging story myself a few times. he DOES care about his patients when he’s high and when he needs money. … also is arrogant, seems misogynistic (from what i’ve heard and witnessed) and is full of $*#&!!! … on medication that is life or death? and you have to wait on him to show up or be in the right mood? well, then you’re going to die before you get that medication.

BAD! BAD! BAD! Stay away … My first visit was cancelled 15 minutes before the appointment because he ‘had a medical conference.’ My second appointment was cancelled as I was waiting in his office because he ‘had been mugged.’  I tried calling the office but got a recording that the phone was no longer in service. I went to the office to inquire in person and was told that the phone company had installed something but that problem would soon be fixed. That was 2 weeks ago and the phones still don’t work. Today I arrived at 11:25 for my 11:30 appointment. Although the posted office hours say open at 10am, the office was closed. I waited 1/2 hour but nobody came – not even the receptionist to open the office. 3 strikes and I called my HMO to get another doctor!

…what a long wait…his friends always came first..I would wait…8 hours sometimes..MOST of the Time..sign in..call the front desk..Mary..and say..how close..am I? ..only 3 hrs..out..what was he doing? it shouldn’t be that long ever? I heard he was OUT of biz..in Pedro..where/what happ to him?..he was a MESS literally..he would pass out writing scripts..and never follow up on his reports..he would be @ Dr. Lippmans office with his scripts..they would exchange..and NOW she left town..got booted off the longshoreman ILWU insurance plan…what the heck?….really? they were both good..she was quick..she would come down from her house to see you ..on a holiday…she was right there..and sometimes a real nutzo too!!…she was a MESS as well…so..where are these two young docs now? in REHAB..?

this doctor needs to find himself a new profession, if he can first go to detox and clean his dirty self up..and his bad drug habit..just look at the long stringy hair, the jibber jabber and several times he feel asleep and passed out over his script pad while writing the meds! and not just us…many patients complained of this habit! its called too many meds in his own body!! his daughter was writing scripts herself for herself!! why doesn’t someone take this guy out of the market of doctoring patients..he NEVER shows up for a full eight hr..day or even a 4 hr..day…its is awful!! don’t waste your time, or money on this buffon!! take his license!!

Once last month where Narcan had to be used and then again yesterday after having a seizure due to probable opiate use. His urine tox was positive for opiates and benzodiazepines. He denies drug use and states he is not a candidate for rehab. He is continuing to practice medicine and he is a danger to himself and his patients.”

“From about 2009 to present, Respondent has been abusing Vicodin, Norco, Ativan and other pain medications, tranquilizers, and muscle relaxers. Respondent has been practicing medicine under the influence of controlled substances. Respondent has been hospitalized for overdosing. Respondent prescribes medication so half goes to the patient and the patient willingly gives Respondent other half. Respondent treats patients that are on disability or who are drug addicts so he can continue to prescribe to himself. Respondent practices medicine when he is not sober.”
