This is a story were I am not sure were to begin, I do not want to make it too convoluted. It basically started when my half-sister Kelly Hyman-Daoud moved out from my fathers house, when she found herself a husband. And then the trouble began, because my father, Alex Daoud, requested (his side of the story) that my half-brother Alexander Daoud would get a reference which would lead to a recommendation into a American medical school, by asking her husband to help. When my half-sister distant herself from him then the trouble began. It started with the issue that my father, Alex Daoud, took my half-sister out of the corporation, with the excuse that she would be not be able to handle operational issues on the house they both owned shares in. And that Alex Daoud attempted to get Kelly Hyman-Daoud to sign the corporation papers, and when she was not available, he simple wrote her out of the company.
A little backstory on how it came to be that my father, Alex Daoud, owned the house together with my half-sister Kelly Hyman-Daoud. It all started with me meeting a gentleman that lived across from our apartment complex, at a time when I was living with my father, healing from a recent breakup from my boyfriend of 7 years Ron Turk. I ended up becoming friends with this man whose name is Jordan Swartz. When Alex Daoud found out about this relationship, he approved of my friendship with Jordan, as he was interested in buying his property. Soon after I moved out to my step mothers house, Dr. Terri Noe, to take care of my younger brother Alexander Daoud as she was not capable due to her constant drinking I stepped in (www.DrTerriNoe.com). Soon after my father sent my half-sister Kelly Hyman-Daoud over to manipulate this gentle man into selling the house for $500k, in 2006. And it took her a while to get it done too, but in the end she succeeded in convincing that nice individual to undersell that house to my father Alex Daoud. Back then the house was already valuable, located in heart of South Beach, Miami, close to the famous Lincoln road, at Michigan Av, and a few block from the ocean. So basically that kind individual got ripped off with the price of $500k. The involvement of my half-sister, Kelly Hyman-Daoud, was that Alex Daoud did not have enough credit to get a mortgage, so he needed her to do the purchase. That is how this house got obtained by Alex Daoud, and together with Kelly Hyman-Daoud having a 50% stake at this house, even though Alex Daoud payed for the mortgage, electric, water, repairs, etc. I think that what was important, is the promise made, as you will soon see.
Now to what ended up happening, that after that escalation by my father, Alex Daoud, my half-sister, Kelly Hyman-Daoud, decided to go in court against him in 2014. I am providing some links to the story as told by the reporters.

Although my father, Alex Daoud “won” the lawsuit by forcing my half-sister to wait until he dies to get the house, as he was guaranteed a lifetime estate. He nonetheless wanted her out of his life and permanently as she had finally showed her true colors of greed as stated. The lawsuit between them which is public record. Alex Daoud kept lamenting to me how difficult it is live in a house that belongs half to my half-sister, Kelly Hyman-Daoud, that he hated her a lot, could not sleep or rest until this is over. And, when I mean lamenting, it was the only conversation he had, like a repeating loop, “I hate Kelly.. I hate Kelly”, she’s a whore I truly felt bad for him because we were both victims of her lies and abuse, and cruelty. So, one fateful day my father, Alex Daoud, invites me to dinner in Lincoln Road and tells me that he would give me $2000 if I would get Kelly Hyman-Daoud to sell the house to him, so he can own 100%. Alex Daoud also pushed the empathy button by telling all kinds of things, that he should had trusted me instead, we could had been a great team, etc. also, most importantly, he told me that he wants to own the house so he can give it to to someone special when he dies, which of course i knew was a manipulation 100 percent as he has never liked or cared for me i knew he intended it for my half-brother, whom I cared about a lot back then (not so much anymore, a different story for another time) as he also betrayed me and my father as well.
The situation kept escalating, that he wanted my help against Kelly Hyman-Daoud, and I also spoke to her about the situation calmly, and tried to get her convinced to sell her shares and end the family feud once and for all. However, also Kelly was not being honest with me about what truly happened with her and my dad, including about the things she did to me. First I was told by my father that the house is only worth 1 million dollars per Zillow, but he gaslighted me about the comparisons. As I was also a real estate agent at the time, my father, Alex Daoud signed a contract for commission, see below. So in the end after a crucial amount of time going back and forth, with Kelly Hyman-Daoud and Alex Daoud, for over 6 months, I could not get them to settle together, as he was offering “too little” to close the deal, half a million dollars. However, the effort invested into this nightmare was extreme, to the point were I would physically ill, and again, I was never compensated for my time, stress or sanity, I had stop doing it before I would be financially ruined.
However, what finally happened, after all my efforts is that my half-sister Kelly Hyman-Daoud went to court (after several times in between for different reasons), and accused me and Alex Daoud of harassments, and in turn the Judge decided to force the sell of the house with my father at getting first option of market value. My father was initially “mad” (pretend) about this situation, until he realized that this is his chance to get rid of my half-sister. Also, I told him that the house is just going to up in value, and I was right (Right now it would be worth $4 million+). Alex Daoud had a limited amount of time to come up with the money to pay my half-sister, Kelly Hyman-Daoud. Alex Daoud was also bitching that he now had to get the money, and has trouble doing so. Alex Daoud told me that he would ask Charles Modica for the loan, and then later told me that Charles refused to help him since my sister Kelly Hyman already destroyed that relationship with the billionaire by extorting money from him which is also documented.. Which to be honest surprised me that Alex Daoud would really seek Charles Monica’s help, especially considered what kind of history they have together (My sister basically ruined it).
The end result was that my father, Alex Daoud, wasted my time for over 6 months, what I got in return were dinners from Popeye’s that I had to bring to him, and a rusted 1997 Ford Explorer with 200k miles on it, that we later found out was a safety hazard to drive. He had this car used by his workers (was originally Kelly’s car), sitting in flooded water, so bad that the back bumper was completely rusted. Come to find out from my mechanic after repairing a bunch of things, power steering pump, and tubes for the fluid, tune-up, cleaning, bumper (Like the car has many other issues non safety related), that the biggest problem was the wheel joints that were completely rusted and could had gotten off any minute. And the $20K commission or the initial $2k promise never happened. Although, he destroyed my relationship with my half-sister Kelly Hyman-Daoud, also Alexander Daoud (another story), and did not help me with anything, I had roof leaks, and other problems that needed fixing, but he wanted attention for no reward which I could not financially afford or recover from. So in essence the man who never raised me whom abandoned me and physically abused me while I stayed with him a short time after the break up with my long term boyfriend, added insult to injury and used me.
Alex Daoud turned it around in the end and said that all my efforts were just about money, that I only wanted his money etc.. You have to understand, I did not pursue him or contact him, he pursued me for years and I told him I did not want to be involved with him, and that with Kelly Hyman-Daoud he deserved what happen. The reason I decided to do this all for him was that I finally compared the stories told to me by Kelly Hyman-Daoud with the court records, and then I found how she lied to me to get her way with me, so I would not see truth and hate my father and brother. My half-sister Kelly Hyman-Daoud mislead me from the beginning, and it was shocking to me. This is the Daoud family, welcome to the pure evil, I entered literally the devils den. Unfortunately, I was the one who was hurt and damaged by the very man (My father) who should have protected me, but didn’t, as he only cared for his needs, which are actions of a true sociopath narcist. Alex Daoud also complained that he had to get a hard money loan, another justification to not pay me (Which he apparently has many), or thank me. This guy is pure evil, raw evil this is why the nightmares I have of him don’t ever stop, as I never imagined I could feel so disappointed and hurt by my father who literally preyed on me. I will never let it happen again. Never…
